- Steward teams through large-scale motion projects and productions
- Have 5+ years of relevant motion design experience for technical, brand-driven, or product-led organizations
- Expert command of motion design tools: After Effects, Cinema 4D (or Houdini), AI tools, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-craft motion work—including brand: identity systems, event titles, animated campaigns, and/or data-driven motion
