Configure, install, and maintain network hardware and software components,: including Meraki switches, access points, and firewalls, under the guidance of senior network engineers.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution for day-to-day network: incidents, using the Meraki Dashboard, Wireshark, and packet captures to help identify root cause, escalating more complex issues to senior team members.
What they're looking for
- Assist in developing and deploying network automation scripts and tools to: enhance efficiency, partnering with senior engineers on more advanced automation projects.
- Support network maintenance activities including hardware and software: upgrades, migrations, capacity upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate network systems with other applications and systems.
- Help build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor the health and: performance of our network environments.
