• Establish and maintain each project's panel of physicians, building: relationships with partner clinics, occupational health providers, and onsite/mobile medical services before incidents occur
• Administer the claims and care process for any onsite injuries, coordinating: a consistent internal and external claims management process
• Lead thorough incident investigations alongside the project safety team: compiling required documentation, owning report submittals, and ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Track incident data and claim trends, partnering with Safety and Risk: Management to identify patterns, flag risk factors, and drive proactive improvements
