What you'll do
Own end-to-end operations across ocean, air, and trucking for both import and: export shipments into and out of Brazil, ensuring service levels, compliance, and efficiency across every mode
Oversee partner performance on day-to-day shipments; build the operational: performance framework, processes, and tools to improve how we operate in Brazil, driving quality and consistency
Map the import and export processes into and out of Brazil, in preparation: for near-term operational insourcing
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the Flexport team worldwide,: continuously identifying gaps and building solutions that standardize how operations run
Solve client issues quickly, keep operations running smoothly at origin and: destination, and escalate issues to internal teams as needed
Partner with local, regional, and global teams, including Sales, Account: Management, Trade Lane managers, and Operations, to design logistics solutions for clients and win new business for Flexport
What they're looking for
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese required; Spanish a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
- + years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain or ocean carrier operations
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building and refining dashboards to track performance
