The opportunity
SHIFT: Sunday - Wednesday (4:00am - 3:00pm)
What you'll do
Provide leadership from the front lines daily and immerse yourself to improve: productivity, promote growth, encourage new ideas, and inspire change
Lead a team of fulfillment supervisors and fulfillment workers to meet operational goals
Map out, guide and improve daily operations through engaging and directing: the team to ensure accurate delivery of customer orders
Ensure adherence to OSHA, GMP, SQF, food safety, and facility compliance: while meeting operational goals and improving production
Coordinate product flow to guide the efficient process of receiving, storing,: and distributing materials to departments
Ensure continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost, and delivery while: growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouse
