What you'll do
Monitor, analyse, and manage site KPIs, including SLA compliance, throughput,: cost per box, and production errors.
Conduct performance reviews with the 3PL management team to review metrics,: address operational bottlenecks, and track corrective actions.
Establish strong, collaborative relationships with 3PL leadership to align: operational priorities and drive process changes.
Serve as the main bridge between HelloFresh central teams, including Supply: Chain, Tech, and FSQA, and the 3PL management team.
Oversee 3PL adherence to HelloFresh food safety, quality, and workplace: safety standards through site audits and checks.
Ensure effective root-cause analysis and sustainable resolution for any quality or service failures.
What they're looking for
- Partner with the 3PL to identify efficiency opportunities, optimise workflows, and apply Lean principles.
- Lead initiatives aimed at waste reduction, labour optimisation, and peak-season scaling.
- Vendor/3PL Management Experience: Proven track record in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain management, specifically managing external 3PL partners or suppliers.
- Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate, influence key stakeholders, and build collaborative supplier relationships.
