What you'll do
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates
Set clear expectations and maintain accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
Lead shift huddles and communicate daily priorities
Monitor operational KPIs and adjust labor and workflows as conditions change
Use operational data to identify root causes and improve performance
Train and develop associates while identifying future frontline leaders
What they're looking for
- –3 years of military leadership, supervisory, team-lead, or personnel: oversight experience OR 2+ years of civilian leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related environment
- Demonstrated experience leading people, maintaining accountability, and executing operational objectives
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and use metrics to improve performance
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime based on business needs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience as an NCO, Senior NCO, Warrant Officer, or Commissioned Officer
- Military experience in logistics, transportation, supply, maintenance,: aviation support, engineering, or operations
