What you'll do
Drive Behavior & Habit Change: Educate and influence clinicians to shift their diagnostic habits, integrating advanced genetic testing into their standard protocols for chronic kidney disease (CKD) management.
Build & Leverage Strategic Relationships: Cultivate lasting, high-trust partnerships with nephrologists, transplant specialists, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across the territory.
Navigate Major Health Systems: Penetrate and expand our footprint within large integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and prominent regional academic medical centers.
Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed performance targets through tailored territory management, effective consultative selling, and seamless execution of product launches.
Act as a Technical Expert: Serve as the local clinical and technology expert on our services, representing the company with high professionalism and deep diagnostic expertise.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
What they're looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, ideally: within the diagnostic, genetics, or lab-developed test (LDT) industry.
- Target Network: Pre-existing relationships within the Nephrology space are highly advantageous.
- Institutional Knowledge: Proven track record navigating large academic medical systems and major regional networks; direct experience working with or selling into UNC Health, Duke Health, and Wake Forest Baptist Health is highly preferred.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 35% within the Greensboro-to-Durham: corridor to effectively manage accounts.
