Outbound Shift ManagerActive

This role is responsible for managing the distribution operations. Responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate distribution of our products and managing the distribution shift; optimising processes, ensuring timely deliveries, and fostering a safe working environment.

What they're looking for

• Dealing with day to day queries from Colleagues: liaising with HR, Training Teams as required.
• Maintain up to date and accurate records (including computerised/digital) on: production, food safety data and analyse this data to identify trends, problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams: to ensure smooth coordination of operations and address any issues or concerns.
• Ensuring that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and: sustainably maintained. You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. You are responsible for ensuring your own health, safety and welfare in the activities you undertake. You must report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager
