What they're looking for

  • Deliver exceptional internal customer service, acting as the primary point of: contact for employee payroll queries and resolving escalations efficiently
  • Support the Payroll Manager with ad-hoc tasks and duties as required
  • Minimum 2 years' proven experience running high-volume, full-cycle end-to-end: payroll within Australia (experience managing payroll for 500+ employees highly regarded)
  • Deep, practical knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Superannuation: Guarantee (SG) requirements, PAYG tax and complex Modern Award interpretation
