Coordinate and implement training and onboarding programs for individuals: working in the construction trades, tailored to our jobsites', clients' or company's specific needs and requirements.
What they're looking for
- Serve as a bridge between the community and our jobsites, supporting: individuals from various backgrounds, including local high school graduates, as they navigate training, onboarding, and initial placement phases of their construction careers.
- Promote and market the construction industry and site-specific workforce: development opportunities within the community.
- Develop local relationships with workforce agencies, trades organizations,: subcontractors, nonprofits, and educational institutions to identify partnership opportunities, bolster workforce development recruitment, and identify meaningful opportunities for the project team to support the community.
- Work with project and trade contractor teams to understand construction: schedule and manpower needs for strategic planning and to identify career opportunities.
