What you'll do
Lead delivery of payroll initiatives from planning through implementation,: including vendor transitions, new-country launches, system integrations, and process changes
Partner with regional Payroll teams to define requirements, manage: dependencies, identify risks, and drive projects to completion
Work closely with Benefits, HRIS, Accounting, People, and other partners to: translate business changes into effective payroll solutions
Partner with global payroll vendors to drive project delivery, resolve: implementation or operational issues, and escalate risks as needed
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve payroll processes across regions
Support payroll operations across the full cycle, including review,: validation, troubleshooting, and processing coverage when needed
What they're looking for
- Help establish scalable program management practices, documentation, and: visibility across the global payroll portfolio
- Use data, technology, automation, and AI where appropriate to improve payroll: efficiency, controls, and Figmate experience
- + years of experience in global or multi-country payroll, including hands-on support across AMER and EMEA
- Proven experience leading payroll implementations, vendor transitions, system: integrations, or other complex payroll programs, including international expansion or new-country launches
