What you'll do

  • Support the end-to-end payroll process for multiple European countries,: ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution.

  • Gather, validate, maintain, and upload payroll data, including new hires,: terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, and deductions.

  • Review payroll reports, reconcile payroll results, and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll completion.

  • Maintain payroll records, documentation, calendars, checklists, and process: documentation in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

  • Support compliance with local payroll legislation, tax regulations, statutory: reporting obligations, audits, and compliance reviews.

  • Liaise with external payroll providers and collaborate with HR, Finance, and: Benefits teams to address payroll-related queries and issues.

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance,: Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • years of experience with European payroll processes
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, or employment regulations in one or more European countries.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, or time and attendance systems.
