What they're looking for
- User Focus: Ensure excellent employee experiences through key life-cycle: stages, including onboarding and departure processes
- Lead with Empathy: Foster a culture of humility, optimism, belonging, and inclusivity
- –8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a client-facing HR: role (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, and Employee Relations partner), or equivalent experience in a business-facing role
- Direct Manager Support: Demonstrated experience independently advising and coaching managers at varying levels on performance management, employee relations, and team culture
