The opportunity
Our Global payroll department is looking for an experienced self-motivated system savvy Sr. Payroll Analyst to join our team.
What you'll do
Perform a variety of payroll functions in preparation, distribution, and: reporting of payroll. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Ensure the accurate and timely end to end processing of payroll across multiple countries
Audit payroll data to ensure accurate processing of wages, garnishments, tax withholdings and deductions.
Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to employees who: have questions regarding their pay, deductions, or the payroll process.
Assist with all payroll related audits & SOX compliance by adhering to: internal control requirements, maintaining updated documentation for all payroll related processes and providing recommendations as appropriate.
Process and complete all year-end activities for EMEA countries ensuring: compliance with regard to filing reports, remittances and returns with appropriate tax authorities.
What they're looking for
- Participate in special projects as assigned, such as documenting workflows,: improving processes and procedures, and periodic updates to payroll.
- Participate in system upgrades and perform user testing for all payroll related enhancements.
- Support the Payroll and Equity teams with the processing/recording of equity: transactions (RSU vestings, NQSO exercises, etc.) to enable timely reporting and tax deposits.
- Document payroll processes and procedures with the ability to suggest best practices and opportunities
