What you'll do
Partner with leaders to support performance, talent, engagement, and organisational development.
Provide advice and support on employment relations, policy creation, and P&C best practices.
Work closely with payroll and legal teams to ensure accurate and compliant processes.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Support the smooth running of the P&C team and assist with wider P&C initiatives and training.
+ years in a similar P&C Business Partner role, or 8+ years’ experience within HR.
What they're looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience with payroll processes and systems.
- Strong capability with MS Office (especially Excel) and an aptitude for learning new tools quickly.
- Excellent relationship‑building, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
