- Experience supporting leaders and teams through people topics such as: performance, coaching, growth, and team change.
- Strong coaching skills, with the confidence to guide managers through difficult conversations.
- Strong judgment and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion, clarity, and fairness.
- Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Comfortable with both partnership and hands-on execution when needed.
- Comfortable working with leaders across different timezones and cultures;: experience supporting globally distributed or multi-jurisdiction teams is a strong plus.
- Experience supporting Engineering or Product teams.
