- Coach Managers to lead through change, effectively performance manage and: increase employee engagement with ongoing feedback and effective communication.
- Provide targeted performance management support, devise and implement: development plans, and enhance managers' training for improved team performance.
- + years of experience, minimum of 3+ years of Engineering and/or Product: experience and deep knowledge of various HR functions such as talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong learning velocity and able to ramp quickly on new organizations,: leaders, and evolving operating models.
