What you'll do
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer: experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech,: music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

What they're looking for
- Experience supporting senior leaders and teams through the full range of: people topics: performance, relations, coaching, growth, restructuring, and organizational design.
- Hands-on organizational design experience, including spans and layers, team: structures, and succession planning.
- Experience guiding leaders and teams through change, such as restructures, team moves, or new ways of working.
- Strong judgment and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion, clarity, and fairness.
- Comfortable working alongside Employee Relations and employment counsel on sensitive cases.
- Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Comfortable owning both strategic partnership and hands-on execution, as the: dedicated People Partner for North America and LATAM.
