At HelloFresh, we want to revolutionize the way we eat by making it more convenient and exciting to cook meals from scratch. We have offices all over the world and we deliver delicious meals to millions of people.

What you'll do

• Place purchase orders to allocated vendors for a variety of food or packaging: Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), at the correct price, quantity, buffer, etc.

• Partner with HelloFresh distribution centers, offsite production and: warehouse locations, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and inventories match demand requirements

• Drive continuous improvement efforts by recommending changes, testing new processes, and implementing updates

• Analyze purchasing data to ensure accuracy of information, purchasing: procedures and identify any discrepancies, etc

• Resolve any unforeseen problems with suppliers relating to operations,: purchasing or quality/performance quickly and professionally

• Conduct all weekly operations processes including updating POs, tracking: freight, managing production issues, paying invoices, scrubbing data and managing inventory levels.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required
• years of procurement and/or sourcing experience
