What you'll do
Build a deep understanding of how developers actually use LangChain's: products through interviews and feedback sessions so your design decisions are grounded in real behavior and address user needs
Own the full design arc on your features: from early concepts to polished, shipped work
Work across a range of product areas and design initiatives as priorities shift
Collaborate closely with product, engineering and other key stakeholders to ship new features quickly
+ years of fullstack product design experience ideally working on developer: tools, AI, or complex SaaS products
Sharp eye for detail, with a strong foundation across user-centered design,: interaction design, and visual craft
What they're looking for
- A track record of solving hard interaction design problems, particularly around dense technical data
- Data-driven decision making: you are comfortable driving user research, both with internal stakeholders and external customers, and using what you learn to inform your designs
- You take initiative and ownership of tasks end-to-end
- Strong technical acumen: you collaborate effectively with engineers to design things that are both well-crafted and feasible
