Drive the end-to-end design process: Take responsibility for the entire design process from initial research with users to conceptualisation, design, testing, and validation of operational solutions.
Design for efficiency and effectiveness: Create solutions that prioritise usability, speed, and functionality for power users who interact with complex systems daily.
What they're looking for
- Simplify regulatory complexity: Transform compliance requirements into intuitive workflows, ensuring that security and risk management are native parts of the user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work together with Product Managers, Engineers, and operations leads to turn user insights into product opportunities.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a focus: on both internal platforms and app design.
- Systems thinking: Proven ability to solve for complexity and navigate system constraints and intricate user workflows.
