The opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Manager, Marketplace to join our Product Team to lead our marketplace and integration surfaces.
What you'll do
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the marketplace, the two-sided: surface where Partners and developers publish integrations and where Supabase's developer customers discover and install them.
Make it effortless for a developer to find the right capability and integrate: it. Own discovery, search, listings, and the whole path from install to working integration, so a new capability connects to Supabase primitives and runs inside a developer's project with minimal glue code.
Make publishing an integration fast and rewarding, so Partners and developers: bring their best work to the marketplace and keep it current, and so the catalog stays deep where developers need it.
Set the quality bar and the listing standards, and build the review,: guardrail, and versioning mechanisms, with Engineering and our Partnerships team, that keep the catalog trustworthy as it scales.
Own what a healthy marketplace looks like: define the metrics across both supply and demand, instrument the surface end to end, and let the signal rather than opinion drive what gets built next.
Position the marketplace as the distribution layer for agent-driven: development, where capabilities get discovered and composed on a builder's behalf rather than browsed and installed by hand.
What they're looking for
- Have 7+ years of product management on developer tools or marketplaces , or: are an ex-founder with strong product instincts, and can identify which partners and integrations will matter most, with particular instinct for the agentic and code-first integrations now defining how developers build.
- Have built and grown a two-sided surface: an app store, a plugin or integration ecosystem, a developer platform, or a marketplace, and understand the chicken-and-egg of balancing supply and demand, recruiting developers, driving listing quality, and making discovery and install effortless for the consuming side. Experience with app stores or developer-platform distribution is a strong plus.
- Are biased toward speed , and would rather ship something imperfect and learn: than spend another sprint polishing a spec.
- Build with what you own, using the marketplace from both sides: publishing a test integration the way a Partner would, and sourcing and wiring one into a project the way a developer would. You form opinions through first-hand use.
