The opportunity
Notion sits at a rare intersection: a product people love, a flexible system businesses run on, and a new platform for people and AI to work together. We’re hiring a Product Manager to turn that opportunity into products that feel inevitable.
What you'll do
Uncover the customer problems and product opportunities that will define: Notion’s next chapter, then turn them into a focused strategy and roadmap.
Take ambitious ideas from first principles to launch, building closely with: design and engineering to create experiences that feel simple, useful, and distinctly Notion.
Make the hard calls—balancing customer impact, business opportunity,: technical complexity, speed, and long-term product quality.
Shape how AI changes both the product and the way we build, using it to: improve research, decisions, experimentation, and execution.
Raise the bar for product thinking across the team by creating clarity,: accelerating learning, and establishing principles and success measures that endure.
Demonstrated ability to identify meaningful customer problems and turn them: into products that are intuitive, useful, and built with a high level of craft.
What they're looking for
- Strong product judgment and the ability to make sound tradeoffs among user: experience, business impact, technical complexity, quality, and speed.
- A track record of moving ambiguous, cross-functional work from problem: definition to shipped outcomes while creating clear ownership and alignment.
- Customer depth: you can learn directly from users across segments and translate differing needs into a coherent strategy rather than a collection of one-off requests.
- Practical AI fluency: you use AI to sharpen research, product thinking, decisions, and execution, and you’re excited to rethink how people and agents work together.
