The opportunity
Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences…
What you'll do
Develop and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for People to: Meet across both the guest and host journeys.
Synthesize guest, host, and partner feedback and translate it into product: features and positioning — from profiles and "who's going" to conversation starters, messaging, and post-event connection.
Develop the public-facing messaging and narrative for People to Meet, and: land the value proposition with guests, hosts, and the media.
Align product teams and cross-functional partners across marketing, communications, research, and PMM.
Grow and shape the supply of social formats: partnering with hosts and creators to design repeatable, high-quality experiences that reliably foster connection.
Own the guest connection experience end to end (before, during, and after the: event), balancing the drive to scale with the social intimacy that makes these formats work.
