The opportunity
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence . As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads.
What you'll do
Master Production Scheduling: Convert the reconciled S&OP plan into a time-phased MPS by SKU, site, and work center.
Capacity Planning & Feasibility: Assess and represent true capacity feasibility (lines, shifts, work centers) during S&OP supply and capacity reviews.
Time Fence Governance: Set and enforce planning time fences (Frozen / Firm / Free) consistently, maintaining a clear approval process for schedule exceptions.
Multi-Site Handoff Tracking: For network-scoped assignments, track inter-site handoff timing for dependent site pairs (e.g., Arvada fabrication output feeding Brighton assembly) to ensure cross-site alignment.
Site Target Translation: For cluster-scoped assignments, translate network MPS into site-level targets, overseeing Site Schedulers who release work orders and manage floor sequencing.
Schedule Adherence & Root Cause Analysis: Track schedule adherence (planned vs. actual by work order), logging deviations and feeding root-cause analysis back into the S&OP cycle.
What they're looking for
