What you'll do
Planning and delivering technical programming for local and regional events,: ensuring we are able to scale these sustainably
Tracking deadlines and deliverables for our content and events, including: digital and physical assets, and working with vendors and procurement teams as needed to ensure event success
Identifying and resolving risks and blockers for our event programming
Maintaining our internal tools and public website for event agenda and speaker content
Owning our onsite speaker experience for both internal and customer speakers
Managing event programming onsite, coordinating rehearsals, staffing, and ensuring smooth onsite operations
What they're looking for
- Collaborate closely with our Community teams, external stakeholders, and the VP of Community
- Create and refine processes; maintain focus on continual improvements, automation and scaling
- Communicate goals, status, risks, and impact to teams and stakeholders: ensuring alignment and visibility of information across teams.
- You have approximately 2-5 years of experience in program management, leading: similar initiatives such as large scale conferences and related programs within a similar technical environment (B2B SaaS company), partnering closely with technical stakeholders
