What you'll do
Own the workforce lifecycle for contractor, vendor and BPO reviewers: onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning and access provisioning
Triage and execute inbound requests for new or changing vendor, BPO and contractor capacity
Turn ad hoc or broken processes into scalable ones, with clear owners, service levels and a system of record
Partner with IT and Security on access governance: least-privilege provisioning, timely revocation and regular access reviews
Build and maintain capacity plans with Enforcement leads, translating review: demand into workforce needs and adjusting as priorities shift
Work with Safeguards vendor management to hold partners accountable to capacity and onboarding commitments
What they're looking for
- Owned a vendor or BPO relationship directly, including service levels and business reviews
- Built formal capacity models for review or operations workforces
- Supported workforces across more than one enforcement or harm area
- Hands-on experience with device management and identity and access tooling
- Worked through a period of hypergrowth where programs had to mature alongside the organization
