What you'll do
Own OTIF performance for production supply, building the metrics and cadence: that hold suppliers to OTIF, and in adherance to quality commitments
Build and run the internal supplier quality mechanisms in partnership with: Quality, covering incoming inspection, first article and source inspection, supplier corrective action, escape containment, and material review board
Drive supplier risk identification and mitigation, owning time-to-resolution: on delivery and quality disruptions before they gate the line
Run the supplier scorecard to monitor delivery and quality KPIs, support or: lead root cause analysis on misses, and drive corrective actions that hold
Connect supplier delivery and quality performance to the integrated master: schedule, so a slipping supplier is visible against rate before it stops production
Drive cross-functional decisions when supply, engineering, quality, and: production priorities conflict, escalating with data and a recommendation
