What you'll do

  • Establish and implement Quality Management System [QMS] following ISO: 9001 requirements and Lucid Production System.

  • Ensure Involvement and cascading of the QMS at plant level and involving all concerned and Interested parties.

  • Admin the Qualtrics system to ensure full documents control loop.

  • Edit, review and publish QMS relevant controlled documents in coordination with cross-functional leaders.

  • Maintain the QMS system updated as per change management process: and continuous improvement approach including Best Practices and Lessons Learned.

  • Conduct training and coaching of all team members about QMS to enhance Quality mindset.

What they're looking for

  • Support Quality Management reviews and track improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure full interface with third party certification bodies.
  • Plan and execute ISO 9001 initial certification audit and follow-up certification cycle audits.
  • Develop Internal and external audits planning and ensure smooth execution.
