The opportunity

The Quality team is responsible for a wide range of activities that are crucial to the manufacturing process including operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality control checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

What you'll do

  • Inspecting: Visually, manually, and digitally examining products and raw: materials to ensure they meet Anduril standards as described by engineering, both internal and external, as well as quality management system (QMS) requirements.

  • Measuring: Using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and/or metrology to measure: product dimensions to verify they match the design.

  • Testing: Running tests to identify defects and using machines to test: products via Tap testing, manual testing, and NDT/NDI methods.

  • Comparing: Comparing products to a model to ensure they meet high standards

  • Recording: Reporting inspection and test data, such as weights, temperatures, and quantities inspected

  • Adjusting: Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process

What they're looking for

  • years of Composite Fabrication or aerospace equivalent experience
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally
  • Polished communication and presentation skills
  • A bias towards action, Quality, and Detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills
