The opportunity
The Quality team is responsible for a wide range of activities that are crucial to the manufacturing process including operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality control checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
What you'll do
Inspecting: Visually, manually, and digitally examining products and raw: materials to ensure they meet Anduril standards as described by engineering, both internal and external, as well as quality management system (QMS) requirements.
Measuring: Using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and/or metrology to measure: product dimensions to verify they match the design.
Testing: Running tests to identify defects and using machines to test: products via Tap testing, manual testing, and NDT/NDI methods.
Comparing: Comparing products to a model to ensure they meet high standards
Recording: Reporting inspection and test data, such as weights, temperatures, and quantities inspected
Adjusting: Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process
What they're looking for
- years of Composite Fabrication or aerospace equivalent experience
- Experience collaborating cross functionally
- Polished communication and presentation skills
- A bias towards action, Quality, and Detail.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Self-autonomy and strong work ethic
