What you'll do
Manage candidates through the entire interview process (sourcing, updating: candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, setting expectations, etc.) while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse: pool of qualified passive candidates.
Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance: and support throughout the hiring process.
Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate closing processes.
Enhance referral programs to maximize the number of network-based referrals.
Gather feedback from candidates and make data-driven improvements to the: recruitment process including employer branding initiatives.
What they're looking for
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and refine interview loops, questions, and competencies to align with company goals and values.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all recruitment activities.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of success in sourcing: and hiring top talent across EPD roles.
