Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
What they're looking for
- Coordinate interview logistics, including virtual and in-person interviews: across multiple offices and project locations.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and proactive follow-up.
- Assist candidates with application, interview, and onboarding questions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
