The opportunity

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Relationship Manager, Choice Arrangements to join our CHOICE Arrangements Growth Team.

What you'll do

  • Drive CHOICE Arrangements (formerly ICHRA) business development and execution: strategies to achieve growth goals across national markets.

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with CHOICE Arrangements: administrators, brokers, and alternative distribution channels to maximize CHOICE Arrangements adoption and sales.

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert, providing comprehensive education: and training to the distribution channel on the CHOICE Arrangements product, regulations, and the compelling Oscar CHOICE Arrangements value story.

  • Build deep relationships within key organizations to establish Oscar as the: preferred CHOICE Arrangements partner.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine tools, processes, and sales: enablement materials necessary for brokers and partners to effectively understand and sell Oscar's CHOICE Arrangements products.

  • Act as the voice of key distribution partners, communicating frontline: feedback and market dynamics related to CHOICE Arrangements to internal stakeholders to promote continuous improvement.

What they're looking for

  • Represent Oscar and the CHOICE Arrangements product in the market at industry: conferences, broker meetings, and community events.
  • Synthesize and report on CHOICE Arrangements market performance, growth: trends, and distribution channel engagement to executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to CHOICE: Arrangements sales and distribution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
