What you'll do
Take ownership of critical daily Retirement/Trump Account processes such as: complex transaction processing and ensuring applicable regulations and industry best practices are adhered to.
Partner with customer facing teams to address escalated inquiries and: exception handling of retirement/Trump accounts.
Escalate and address abnormal user activities, with a focus on trend analysis and timely resolutions.
Seek out opportunities and contribute meaningfully to enhancing operational: efficiencies and delivering a great customer experience related to our retirement/Trump Account offerings.
Use data driven decision making to collaborate on ongoing enhancements or: innovative new solutions to department policies and procedures.
Apply working knowledge of retirement account operations and regulatory: requirements, along with fluency in Artificial Intelligence, to amplify your impact.
