What you'll do
Support go-to-market reporting, systems, and processes that help teams make: data-driven decisions and drive revenue growth.
Help maintain and improve data quality across Salesforce and other go-to-market systems.
Work with cross-functional teams to bring together customer data across: product usage, sales activity, marketing engagement, support, and contract data.
Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting for go-to-market and finance leadership.
Assist with data pipelines and processes that connect data across Salesforce, BigQuery, and other systems.
Help identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational processes.
What they're looking for
- Support ad hoc data analysis and operational requests from the Revenue team.
- Interest in learning about Revenue Operations, data analytics, and how technology companies go to market.
- Some experience working with data through coursework, internships, projects, or extracurricular activities.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and a willingness to develop skills in tools such: as SQL, Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau.
