What you'll do
Drive enterprise wide programs articulating program/project strategies on: enabling technologies leveraging the Salesforce Platform.
Identify and drive the Lyft’s organizational needs for Salesforce: foundations, define the business or technology architecture, plan how large projects will be delivered, oversee the solution design and implementation.
Effectively drive user experience and design strategies across Enterprise for platform adoption.
Advise and mentor diverse teams and product groups on resources in technical: and functional delivery aspects at a program level, using influence and adaptive communication strategies.
Lead large cross-team system design discussions, offering alternate choices,: trade-offs, and impact analysis with a focus on long-term solutions.
Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices,: Enterprise Architecture standards, and functional/technical solution architecture, including environment management, testing of the Salesforce Platform.
What they're looking for
- Provide evidence-based design patterns for development of solutions on the: Salesforce platform such as managed vs unmanaged packages, config vs low-code vs code, custom build vs native/appExchange offerrings.
- Drive the adoption of best engineering development practices across multiple: Salesforce Orgs and promote the creation of application and technical design documents that align with Salesforce best practices and seamless integration into Lyft's infrastructure.
- Possess deep understanding of native Salesforce features and functionality,: as well as the ability to model a role hierarchy, data model, and appropriate sharing mechanisms.
- Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the salesforce: adoption and return on investment and serve as an active contributor to engineering.
