Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a Sanitation Manager to develop, implement and continuously improve on sanitation programs, policies and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the facility.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic sanitation programs, policies, and procedures: to ensure that sanitary performance meets Factor standards as well as supports Food Safety requirements and regulatory compliance

• Maintain and write detailed procedures and SOPs for all plant equipment

• Maintain and update master cleaning schedule for plant according to GMP and Factor guidelines

• Manage sanitation chemical supply and inventory

• Build and maintain relationships with hourly associates, managers, carrier: partners, vendors, and various departments within HelloFresh

• Effectively engage, coach, motivate and lead the sanitation team for career progression and development

What they're looking for

• Participate in audits, facility inspections and coordinate pre-operational inspection with QA Management
• Develop and implement all sanitation related training for sanitation and plant employees as needed
• Ensure all safety requirements related to sanitation are met including proper: chemical storage, MSDS, PPE and procedures
• Other duties as assigned.
