What you'll do
Actively support a dedicated team of M&A accountants in centralizing and: executing all M&A-related accounting activities.
Support and assist with pre-close Accounting and Tax due diligence for target acquisitions.
Assist with Day One post-acquisition readiness preparation, including: drafting documentation for leveling, compensation reviews, and integration recommendations for the acquired accounting team.
Travel on Day One post-acquisition to assist in delivering comprehensive: overviews of Anduril's people, processes, and systems to newly acquired accounting teams.
Prepare closing balance sheets and support the detailed review of acquired entities' closing balance sheets.
Prepare and draft final closing statements and supporting schedules.
What they're looking for
- Execute and support the opening balance sheet crosswalk process.
- Support the hands-on integration of acquired accounting processes into.
- Anduril’s Oracle Fusion and broader boundary system ecosystem.
- Provide hands-on operational support, including temporarily filling in for: departed team members from acquired accounting teams as needed.
