What you'll do
Shape tools, processes, and bring real business value through data, and AI.
Act as an internal consultant: talk to stakeholders, dig past the stated request, and figure out the real problem before building.
Take full ownership: dig in, figure things out, and get them done.
Design and implement AI projects from prototypes to production.
Balance technical complexity with business impact, always with an eye on cost.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and leadership across departments.
What they're looking for
- Explore and utilize our tech stack (and go beyond it when needed).
- A technical consultant mindset: the technical chops are a given, but what sets you apart is asking the right questions and translating fuzzy business problems into solutions. We're looking for an AI/Data consultant, not "just" data person.
- Strong skills in Python and SQL, experience with analytical databases (Snowflake or similar).
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration (Airflow or similar).
