Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Analyst, Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions to join our Insurance Product Development team.
What you'll do
Play a key role in building, maintaining and identifying improvements to: models that forecast membership growth and retention rates in support of strategic decisions Conduct market and competitive research across individual and employer-subsidized health insurance offerings
Analyze competitor plan designs, benefit structures, pricing approaches, and positioning
Track regulatory and policy developments and support impact assessments for product teams
Support population and employer-segment research initiatives
Analyze product performance across growth, retention, utilization, and margin metrics
Build and maintain recurring dashboards and performance reports
What they're looking for
- Support deep-dive analyses for product reviews, remediation efforts, and future-year planning
- Identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks through data analysis
- Support product teams during filing cycles through data validation, QA, and analytical support
- Assist in preparation of analytical material required for regulatory submissions and internal reviews
