What they're looking for
- Stay current on emerging SEC regulations and new GAAP pronouncements; flag potential impacts to the team
- + years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm) or: at a public company in a technical accounting or SEC reporting role
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 718, ASC 805, ASC 350, and ASC 842
- Hands-on experience supporting or preparing SEC filings (10-Q / 10-K)
