What you'll do
Design, build, and evolve backend services and APIs that power Robinhood Gold experiences and growth journeys
Own projects end to end, from technical design through launch, measurement, and iteration
Partner closely with product, design, data, and peer engineering teams to: translate ambiguous opportunities into scalable systems
Improve service reliability, performance, observability, and developer: velocity for product-facing backend systems
Help shape architecture and technical direction for systems that support: subscription experiences, member benefits, and engagement flows
Use metrics and sound engineering judgment to make thoughtful tradeoffs: between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
