What you'll do
Agentic AI & Workflow Automation Architect, test, and deploy LLMs and agents: to automate unstructured, multi-step data investigations.
Architect, test, and deploy automated workflows (using Python) to transform: repetitive manual processes into scalable impact.
Architect, test and deploy single-user tools and multi-user workflows to drive human efficiency.
Implement strong data architecture and AI orchestration frameworks for: safety, accuracy, efficiency and maintainability.
Analytics, Modeling & Root Cause Analysis Perform SQL queries and multi-step: data analyses across complex telecommunications datasets to optimize gross margins, reduce fraud, and improve network quality.
Design dashboards and repeatable BI solutions (using Tableau, Looker, or: Python) that deliver actionable insights to business partners.
What they're looking for
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance over time.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Ownership Collaborate with Carrier Relations,: Enterprise Technology, Product, Supply Operations, and Finance to translate complex business needs into data requirements and governance standards.
- Write and verbally communicate insights that directly answer business questions.
- Act as a self-starter who takes end-to-end ownership of data products: from scoping requirements and authoring documentation to final execution and delivery.
