What you'll do
Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for design roles, leveraging recruiting: platforms, creative communities, portfolio sites, and social networks.
Recruit across various Design roles, including Product Design, Brand/Visual Design, and Design Leadership.
Screen and evaluate candidate portfolios, craft quality, systems thinking, and collaboration skills.
Partner closely with design leaders to calibrate on craft standards, hiring bar, and team composition.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including portfolio reviews: and design exercises, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and stakeholders on: pipeline health and recruiting progress.
What they're looking for
- Proven experience recruiting for design roles (e.g., Product Design and Brand: Design) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with AI tools, recruiting platforms,: and other creative talent networks.
- Ability to assess design portfolios and understand craft, systems thinking, and user-centered methodologies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
