What you'll do
Report to and support the Womens Design Director in the creation of product
Initiate designs beginning with thorough research and inspirational images
Understanding of garment washing and garment dyeing is preferred.
Experience in technical outerwear garment is appreciated.
Work closely with other members of the design team to develop cohesive seasonal product grouping
Hand sketch initial ideas, and computer sketch final ideas
What they're looking for
- Creation of technical packages
- Communicate and collaborate with Raw Materials, Tech teams, and Production: teams to ensure optimal product development
- Collaborate with Merchandising partners to build a seasonal knowledge of: strong successful and ownable Everlane designs and apply this knowledge when designing future products to drive the business forward
- Assist with the preparation of presentations for milestone meetings
