What you'll do
Prioritise EMEA markets and stay close to campaign setup, channel: performance, creative testing and paid-media investment decisions.
Help develop local creative briefs and creator inputs for paid growth, with: an eye towards brand-building performance.
Connect marketing activity to incremental weekly active users (iWAU) and: incremental annual recurring revenue (iARR), with targets aligned with Finance and relevant Growth owners.
Work with regional and central partners on delivery handoffs and shared services.
Have personally owned large paid-media budgets and campaign decisions, and: driven measurable growth in a fast-moving consumer technology or comparable product-led environment.
Bring meaningful EMEA market knowledge, hands-on operating depth, sound: incrementality judgment and the ability to prioritise and execute without a large team.
