Lead G&A hiring across EMEA: partner with a very diverse group of business leaders, plan hiring by function (Finance, People, Legal, IT), and switch context fast to keep every business moving.
What they're looking for
- Build our Early Talent programs in EMEA: lead local New Grad and Intern hiring, grow university relations and campus pipelines, and work with HQ on planning and execution and with local engineering leaders to hire early-career talent who meet our high bar.
- Build creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals and other: channels, tailored to each function and market and backed by EMEA market intelligence.
- Manage the pipeline from sourcing to onboarding, with an exceptional candidate experience.
- Use data to refine recruiting strategy and influence hiring decisions.
