What you'll do

• Conduct QA testing to verify system functionality, reliability, and compliance

• Develop and execute test plans for HV powertrain components, such as the onboard chargers and V2X features.

• Operate and maintain high-voltage test equipment, power supplies, electronic: loads, and mechanical test setups.

• Perform validation and safety testing, including electrical, thermal, and mechanical assessments.

• Collaborate with engineers and vendors to define test methodologies and: ensure compliance with standards such as J1772, ISO 15118, and J3400

• Support hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) / High Voltage Buck testing of the: charging system, implementing automated test cases.

What they're looking for

• Design, build, and maintain automated test benches for both high and low-voltage systems.
• Data logging and data distillation using tools like Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, Canape, Canaylzer.
• Work on deep dives and root cause analysis to resolve issues on vehicle and standalone units.
• Ensure proper documentation of test procedures, results, and design improvements.
