What you'll do

• Leading the Finance side of our strategic Mission Readiness team. End to end: financial management of strategic planning: including, but not limited to, headcount, project utilization, growth investment, and financial analysis to support a quickly expanding operations footprint.

• Establish transparency into headcount productivity for existing and future: Anduril Divisions and Business Lines.

• Act as Senior Finance Partner working cross functionally with the Business: Divisions and Operational Deployments teams to drive and support consolidation of business case analyses and decision-making frameworks.

• Build novel financial frameworks for thinking through operational decisions,: including but not limited to manufacturing, product execution strategy, etc.

• Perform in-depth quantitative analyses including variance analysis (actuals: vs. budget/forecast/prior), trend analysis, scenario modeling, and root-cause investigations to identify performance drivers and risks.

• Support cross-functional teams with tradeoff studies to achieve sustainable unit economics.

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A activities and enhance reporting accuracy.
